Project overview

Curator is a SaaS platform for planning and managing digital/hybrid art exhibitions. As UX/UI designer, I led user research, developed IA and end-to-end flows, and delivered wireframes, hi-fi UI, and a multilingual design system (RTL/LTR, WCAG 2.2). The MVP streamlines setup, reduces errors, and enhances the visitor experience.

The process of researching artworks, contacting lenders, planning exhibition spaces, and managing logistics is spread across scattered tools such as emails, spreadsheets, paper sketches, phone calls, calendars, and external archives.

During the research, a comprehensive benchmark was conducted to examine the wide range of software and tools used today by curators, gallery managers, and museums.
This analysis highlighted that despite the variety of available solutions, most of them provide only partial support and do not offer a holistic system that integrates the entire curatorial process into one place.
